"What You Did" is a song by Mahalia and Ella Mai. It is the fifth and final single, and the ninth track, from Mahalia's sophomore studio album, Love and Compromise. It was released on September 4, 2019, through Atlantic Records.[1]

"What You Did" peaked at number 95 on the UK Singles Chart, but peaked higher on the New Zealand Music Chart at number 29.
Music Video[]
On September 4, 2019, Mahalia posted a silent video outtake of her and Mai filming the music video.[2] The music video was finally released three days after the song's official release, and two days after the album, with Mahalia posting three different snippets to Instagram.[3][4][5]
